The COVID-19 pandemic sparked a flurry of innovation across multiple sectors as it forced businesses to re-asses and re-develop their business strategies. Our business was no different. As the pandemic propagated through the world, we saw an opportunityto develop a custom-packaged software product for retailers across South Africa.
Designed and built in-house by the Tecbot engineers, Click2Order is a suite of remote ordering platforms designed to assist the FMCG and Restaurant Industries in South Africa in receiving, managing and executing remote orders. The suite consists of two unique platforms, each designed specifically for the respective industries. Click2Order has been adopted by multiple JSE companies and restaurants in Gauteng and the Western Cape.
