  • SEO Literacy: Basic knowledge of how keywords and hashtags impact social reach and alt-text.
  • Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Proactively engage with relevant accounts to boost organic visibility.
  • Platform Management: Manage Google My Business profiles by flagging negative reviews, responding to positive ones, and performing monthly image refreshes.
  • Content Scheduling: Bridge the gap between planning and posting by scheduling all approved content from Notion into Meta Business Suite.
  • Caption Copywriting: Draft platform-specific captions using provided "Gems"/prompts, ensuring SEO keywords, hashtags, and brand voice are perfectly aligned.
  • Digital Housekeeping: Upload and organize raw assets from creators into Google Drive; maintain and optimize client folders and community engagement lists.
  • Trend & Competitor Research: Identify trending audio and formats for diverse niches (F&B, Retail, Lifestyle) and document competitive "wins" in Notion with analysis on why they work.
  • Key abilities

  • Experience using Notion for project management.
  • Previous experience in an agency environment or a high-volume social media role.
  • Knowledge of Webflow or the "agency-side" of digital marketing.
