Pauls Homemade Ice Cream is one of South Africa’s most loved premium ice cream brands, known for its playful personality and indulgent flavours. Tecbot partnered with Pauls to reimagine their digital ecosystem, transforming an outdated single website into a dual-platform experience that separates brand storytelling from high-performance e-commerce.
Pauls required a more considered digital structure to support both brand storytelling and e-commerce performance in parallel. The focus was on improving the customer journey, enhancing product discovery, and creating a more intuitive path from inspiration to purchase.
Tecbot restructured Pauls’ digital presence into two dedicated platforms: a fast, marketing-led brand site and a streamlined e-commerce store. This separation allowed each experience to perform its role more effectively, driving awareness and traffic on the brand side, and converting users through a faster, more focused shopping experience. The new ecosystem introduced improved flavour browsing, product categorisation, filters, stockist discovery, and a smoother path to purchase, resulting in a significantly faster and more scalable digital foundation for growth.
