Thinc Clinic is South Africa’s leading oro facial and aesthetic brand, known for innovation, precision, and premium patient care. Tecbot partnered with the Thinc team to build booking platforms for each clinic location and to support their growth through content and performance marketing.
Thinc needed a digital presence that could support multiple locations while maintaining a single, premium brand. The goal was to drive more qualified patient enquiries, improve conversion rates, and give the marketing team tools to scale demand across the group.
Tecbot delivered location specific web platforms supported by ongoing content and paid media campaigns. Since launch, cost per conversion dropped by nearly 40 percent while online bookings increased by over 80 percent, turning digital into a core growth channel for the business.
